This World Mental Health Day, we've partnered with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, who raise awareness and provide discreet support tools for people with hidden disabilities.

Our collaboration has focused on sharing practical guidance on how to support ourselves and others in the workplace and beyond.

As part of this collaboration, Coren Munday, one of our Senior Employment Advisors in the Hertfordshire Employment Advice Service, contributed to a video series. The videos answer key questions about reasonable adjustments and mental health in the workplace, and are designed to help Sunflower wearers navigate work life more confidently.

We also joined forces for an episode of the Sunflower Conversations podcast, featuring our National Clinical Lead, Kelly Winstanley. Kelly spoke about a wide range of topics, including what a mental health crisis looks like, when and where to seek professional help, and the work of the Zero Suicide Alliance, which provides free training to help people recognise, understand, and support someone experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Thank you to Hidden Disabilities Sunflower for partnering with us for this year's World Mental Health Day, we look forward to continuing to work together on spreading awareness.
