How we made a difference in 2024-25 43,545 support sessions delivered through our Alternative Crisis Support services 46,565 emotional support calls handled by our 24/7 helpline 44,912 individuals accessed our Talking Therapies services 9,425 hours of advice, navigation, and community support provided 4,603 people supported to find, retain, or return to paid employment Behind each of these numbers is a personal story, a testament to the life-changing difference our services make every day.
