We're delighted to share that Mental Health Matters has been named a finalist in both the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) Employability Awards and the Psychological Professions Network (PPN) Recognition Awards 2025.

Our Oxfordshire Employment Service has been shortlisted in ERSA's Health Solutions for Work category, recognising its innovative model supporting people into employment. Additionally, Helen Elliott from our Coventry Employment Service has been shortlisted for Advisor of the Year at the ERSA Awards, a testament to her dedication and impact.

Last year, 8,853 people accessed support from our Employment Services, an incredible reflection of the difference our teams make every single day.

We're also so proud that our Sefton Talking Therapies Service has been shortlisted in the PPN Recognition Awards for their response to the Southport incident in July 2024. The service worked closely with system partners as part of the Psychological Care Coordination Group, providing vital support to those affected.

A huge congratulations to our teams, and best of luck to all nominees ahead of the awards evenings!
