Introducing our future Chair of the Board, Jasmine Whitbread We are delighted to announce that Jasmine Whitbread will be joining our Board as a Trustee and Chair designate ahead of taking up the role of Chair of the Board of Trustees from April. Jasmine brings relevant board-level experience from the charity and private sectors. In her executive career she was at the helm of Save the Children for ten years after six years with Oxfam, and prior to that she held management roles with technology-oriented companies. She now contributes to a number of companies as a non-executive director, as well as playing advisory and mentoring roles. "My career has been driven by a desire to contribute to positive social change across a range of issues, and it seems to me that, in today's world, mental health has become the issue. Through my personal and professional networks, I have seen the life-saving difference that mental health support services can make. So it's a privilege for me to join the team focused on delivering the vital purpose and inspiring vision of Mental Health Matters." Sally Baines will step down as Chair of the Board at the end of March, when her term of office concludes. As an organisation, we want to thank Sally for her brilliant leadership and guidance over the last seven years. Manage Cookie Preferences
