We’re looking for people to share their stories with us. Sharing your experience can help other people facing mental health challenges to feel understood and encourage them to access support.

The story can be shared in whatever format you would like. It could be a written story, a video, a poem or a piece of artwork that brings your story to life.

Please only share your story if it is something you want to do and you feel able to do so.

Before sharing your story, please ensure you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Our top tips for creating your story
  • Focus on your own personal experience
  • Decide what it is you would like to focus on specifically. We would suggest no more than 750 words for a written story or 2 minutes for a video.
  • Do you have any tips for someone going through a similar experience? If there is one thing you would like the audience to take away from your story, what would that be?
What we are unable to use
  • Non-personal experiences
  • Content that includes inappropriate language
  • Content that could be triggering or harmful to others, for example descriptions of self-harm methods.
  • Content that names a third party, or is deemed to be advertising
