Become a Mystery Shopper - As a mystery shopper, you’ll test our services and share honest feedback to help us do better. Join local sessions - Take part in events and feedback sessions. Share your ideas, and help shape the support provided by your local service. Co-production is all about working together. It's about those who have accessed a service of ours sharing experiences, ideas and perspectives to help influence the support we provide. Your experience of using Mental Health Matters services gives you unique insight into what works, what could be improved, and what really matters to people accessing support. Co-production makes sure your voice is heard from the very start when we are designing, developing and improving services. It's more than giving feedback, it’s about being part of decisions that affect how services are created and run. You can get involved as much or as little as you like.
