To ensure effective support and fair access to our services, please note the following:

• Assessment Appointments: If you miss your initial assessment, your referral for employment support will be closed immediately.
• Support Appointments: If you miss a support session without prior notice, you have 4 working days to contact us and reschedule. Failure to do so will result in referral closure.
• Repeated Non-Attendance: Your referral will be closed if you:
  • Miss or cancel 3 appointments in total, or
  • Miss or cancel 2 consecutive appointments.
• Discharge from Therapy: If you are discharged by your therapist for breaching their attendance policy, your employment support referral will also be closed.
• Late Arrivals: Sessions typically last up to 45 minutes. Late arrivals may not be seen, and appointments will still end at the scheduled time - this is at your advisor’s discretion.
• Contacting Us: If you cannot attend, please call 01925 401 720 as early as possible to discuss options.

Important: The closure of your employment support referral does not affect any therapy you are receiving or waiting for. You may re-refer for employment support at any time while open to NHS Warrington Talking Therapies.
