Two of MHM's employment teams were proud to attend the 2024 Employability Awards, hosted by the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), and celebrate receiving Finalist awards.

Andrea Wilks, from our Coventry & Warwickshire Employment Service, was nominated as Frontline Manager of the Year, while our Oxfordshire Employment Service, in partnership with NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies, were a finalist for the Partnership and Collaboration award.

The ERSA Employability Awards highlight dedication and innovative approaches to helping disadvantaged individuals move closer to or into employment. Well done to both teams!
