Pooja Sachdev Pooja became a trustee at MHM in April 2025. She has extensive experience in organisational development and workplace wellbeing. She previously served as a Consultant Organisational Development Specialist with the HSBC Group and held positions at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). Earlier in her career, she was appointed Senior Policy Officer at the Commission for Racial Equality. She has partnered with a wide range of public and private sector organisations, including Channel 4, the London Borough of Newham, the Department for Trade and Industry, Novartis, and Royal Mail.
