The service is designed in a way that supports people to be as independent as possible. What we do: Staffed by a team of Recovery Workers and Peer Support Workers, the service will provide a range of support designed to: Promote skills development Encourages informal and peer support and encourages the development of social and support networks Empower and support individuals to live as independently as possible. Building on their strengths and working with them to achieve their personalised goals Work in partnership with voluntary and statutory agencies within the wider community Facilitate access to mainstream activities in community settings including employment and education. Work with other Mental Health Support Services to offer a wide range of support that aligns with the service users’ needs Who is this service for? The service supports adults aged 18 and over with mental health issues and/or autism. How do I access the service?
