Our Mental Health and/or Autism Community Enablement Service is designed to provide early intervention for people who are living with mental ill-health and/or autism. The service is designed in a way that supports people to be as independent as possible.

    What we do:

Staffed by a team of Recovery Workers and Peer Support Workers, the service will provide a range of support designed to:

    • Promote skills development
    • Encourages informal and peer support and encourages the development of social and support networks
    • Empower and support individuals to live as independently as possible. Building on their strengths and working with them to achieve their personalised goals
    • Work in partnership with voluntary and statutory agencies within the wider community
    • Facilitate access to mainstream activities in community settings including employment and education.
    • Work with other Mental Health Support Services to offer a wide range of support that aligns with the service users’ needs

    Who is this service for?
